Old Uniforms, New Flag
New soldiers in old uniforms raise a new flag on a new pole at the Governor's Mansion. The yucky weather made it difficult to take pictures, but certainly made
for a spectacular backdrop for this picture.
I must confess that the photo is a bit enhanced. It started raining while the soldiers were actually raising the flag, so I had to stop taking pictures (I was
wearing my good suit, with no raincoat). In order to get this shot, I had to combine the photo I took of the soldiers just before the ceremony started with
a photo I took of the flag shortly after they had raised it.
