Shrimp boats are by no means the only vessels with a constant presence. Looking out at the Gulf from shore (especially at night) reveals dozens of oil rigs easily visible with the naked eye. All those rigs take a lot of tending to. The Celeste Elizabeth is one of the boats that service the big rigs.
